Return & Exchange Policy

At Raagya, every product goes through a thorough quality check before shipping. To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except in specific cases outlined below.

By purchasing from Raagya, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be considered only in the following cases:

  • You have received an incorrect product (wrong design, color, or size).

  • The product was damaged at the time of delivery, and the damage is clearly visible in an unboxing video taken at the time of opening the parcel.

Important:

  • The unboxing video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, showing the package’s condition before opening and the product immediately after unboxing.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, no exchange or claim will be accepted.

  • All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing raagyajouel@gmail.com. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.


2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or any physical damage after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Raagya’s quality control team.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or customer negligence.

  • Items returned without prior approval or without required proof (as specified above).


4. Exchange Process

If your case meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Email raagyajouel@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.

  2. Our team will verify your request within 2–4 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll share the return shipping details and next steps.

  4. A replacement product of the same design or equal value will be shipped once the returned item passes inspection.

Please note:

  • Products sent back to Raagya without prior written approval will not be accepted or returned.

  • Exchange requests are allowed only once per order.


5. Refund Policy

Raagya follows a strict no-refund policy.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Delay or damage caused by courier services

If an exchange is approved and the same product is unavailable, Raagya may, at its discretion, issue store credit for the value of the item.


6. Legal Disclaimer

Raagya reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
All decisions regarding exchanges or disputes shall be final and binding.
